Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a dedicated book of business, managing the RFP process from proposal reputed company to contract execution, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our Sales and reputed company Management teams to implement packaging and pricing strategies, manage day-to-day maintenance of active deals, and assemble media plans for Upfront and Scatter sales. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and reputed company Management to implement packaging and pricing strategies, as defined by reputed company Management ratecards and guidelines
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of active deals and assemble media plans for Upfront and Scatter sales
• Maintain the pipeline in collaboration with your Sales team
• Execute budget adjustments, including incremental spend, optimizations, makegoods, and cancellations
• Provide account and planning subject matter expertise on advertisers' specific preferences
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet client needs and reputed company internal objectives
• Analyze campaign delivery and assign reputed company-good inventory
• Partner closely with Account Management to execute campaigns, maximize delivery against contracted objectives, and address client reporting needs
• Negotiate directly with agency contacts to address RFP expectations and reputed company requests
• Manage multiple priorities independently and effectively across numerous internal stakeholders and books of business

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2+ years of professional experience in media sales planning and/or buying, with a strong preference for experience in a similar role
• A passion for working in a collaborative Sales reputed company team environment
• A positive attitude and approach while handling daily tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in reputed company is $71,300 - $89,100 per year. The reputed company salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-reputed company experience, skills, and knowledge, among other factors.
