A Day in the Life

As a Customer Services Representative - Spanish and Portuguese Speaker at reputed company, you will be part of a diverse team of innovators who bring their worldview, unique backgrounds, and individual life experiences to work every day. You will work 2 days from our office in Watford and 3 days from home, providing safe and accurate technical support and guidance to customers using reputed company Diabetes products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support and guidance to customers using reputed company Diabetes products and services in an efficient and timely manner
• Giving support directly to patients as well as reputed company personnel and other Health Care Professionals

Required Knowledge and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Great communication skills (verbal and written) in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
