• • Handles 25–50 inbound calls/day reputed company to re-enrollment and reverification • Outbound calls to providers/payers to verify benefits and gather missing intake information • Documents coverage details in Summary of Benefits (shared with patients/providers as needed) • Updates case notes in reputed company system to reflect status and actions taken • Mix of patient and provider calls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
