Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Prior Authorization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and treatments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Submitting and tracking prior authorization requests reputed company inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Verifying patients' medical insurance eligibility and coverage, staying up-to-date with changing insurance policies and regulations.
