Required

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field and 8+ years’ experience of data analytics, insights, or reputed company fields required Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field and 6+ years’ experience of data analytics, insights, or reputed company fields PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field and 4+ years’ experience of data analytics, insights, or reputed company fields Proven track record of managing large-scale data projects and leading high performing teams Familiar with clinical systems, e.g., reputed company, CTMS, IRT and other systems Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries to reputed company algorithms in business context. Familiarity with Agentic AI is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and influence at reputed company levels of the organization Strong capability of prioritizing and handling multitasks, executing quickly Be reputed company to work under pressure Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Self-motivator, hands-on, disciplined and proactive person with great teamwork spirit and strong accountability 4+ years in a team reputed company role overseeing analytical insights Strong PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) apply to this job
