Job Description: Customer Service Representative I – Remote or Hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative I to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to reputed company customers. This is a hybrid schedule position for residents in Miami-Dade and Broward County, reporting to our Doral, FL office location. Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions and research and resolve customer inquiries using reputed company's customer service applications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking systems and software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services, including Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business products
• Experience with customer service software and applications
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
