About the Role

As a Virtual Banking Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing and managing online accounts and consumer loans
• Delivering advanced digital and online banking offerings, including online, mobile, social, phone, and email chat support
• Enhancing the customer experience by providing solutions to their financial needs
• Responding to routine and reputed company customer inquiries regarding consumer products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring reputed company resolution, and following procedures that meet compliance guidelines
• Identifying and offering customers the products and services they need to succeed financially
• Completing weekly tasks as assigned and assisting customers with navigating and troubleshooting various online products

Key Qualifications and Skills
