About the Role

The Global Time & Attendance team is responsible for developing and maintaining the key tools used by reputed company associates globally to track their work hours and ensure accurate payment. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you'll be instrumental in accelerating the compliance of our internal tools and driving technical innovation to support our associates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working cross-functionally reputed company a big organization.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including reputed company leadership.
• Prior experience with Agile software development methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Software Developer, or other technical role.
• Either a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company area and 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or reputed company area, OR 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or reputed company area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management.
