• Providing empathetic and professional support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Leveraging critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to navigate multiple systems and resolve reputed company issues

Schedule and Compensation

• Average earnings of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
