Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound telephone calls from customers regarding Individual and Business-reputed company tax compliance, delinquency, and general information requests and inquiries.
  • Review taxpayer status and history, verify, gather, and update key information details, and document actions taken into multiple business systems.
  • reputed company taxpayers on reputed company tax policies, submit requests for payment arrangements, and resolve Tier 1 level issues.
  • Assist taxpayers in navigating the AZ Taxes website and self-servicing options.
  • Prepare and submit electronic support requests according to department standard procedures.
  • Escalate reputed company issues to Tier 2 Subject Matter Experts reputed company necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer inquiries.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
