• Platform Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and VARs to ensure customers are leveraging Profisee's MDM platform to deliver business value, including increased reputed company, decreased cost, or decreased risk.
• Retention & Renewals: Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring reputed company by ensuring customers are realizing reputed company results through platform adoption. Manage business-critical escalations and proactively identify and mitigate risk.
• Customer Satisfaction: Become the trusted advisor to customers, guiding them to reputed company business outcomes that matter to their organization. reputed company cross-functional teams and VARs to meet customer expectations and create enthusiastic customers who promote Profisee.
• Expansion: Identify additional use cases for the Profisee platform, resulting in platform expansion or conversion to SaaS. reputed company Profisee thought leaders and executives to align with customers' strategic goals.

Performance Objectives and Goals

In this role, you'll be expected to reputed company the following performance objectives:

• In 30 days, understand Profisee's solutions and value, account segmentation, and corresponding engagement motions. reputed company a prioritized existing account engagement plan.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in reputed company software, ideally SaaS in the IT sector.
