Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the ANA Nursing Process (2010) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and/or situation, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient's needs, developing a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement the identified plan, ensuring patient progression along the plan, while coordinating care delivery and employing strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
• Evaluate reputed company toward attainment of outcomes, while collaborating with interdisciplinary reputed company providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Follow the ANA Standards of Professional Performance (2010), systematically enhancing the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, attaining knowledge and competency that reflects reputed company nursing practice, and evaluating one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Education: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - reputed company (AHA) - reputed company 60 days of hire or transfer; Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Experience: 5+ years of Registered Nurse experience (preferred).
