Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join reputed company in Knoxville, TN. As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and writing reputed company reports, as well as developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans. You will also supervise and train ABA/Behavioral Technicians, provide support and instruction to families and caregivers, and conduct functional assessments and functional analysis of problem behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write reputed company reports

- Supervise and train ABA/Behavioral Technicians

- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of reputed company problem behaviors reputed company needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, reputed company recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor reputed company
Requirements
- reputed company BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or reputed company field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA Experience
- Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
