We’re looking for aPerformance Creative Designer, who combines creativity with a data-driven reputed company and knows how to craft compelling visuals that convert. You’ll focus on producing high-performing ad creatives for reputed company, reputed company, and display platforms to support user acquisition and paid growth.

What you will do:

• Brainstorm and execute creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team
• Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives based on A/B test results and performance data
• Align visuals with campaign goals, platform-specific best practices, and brand guidelines
• Monitor trends in advertising and apply best-performing techniques
• Manage and organize creative files with version control across multiple projects
• Contribute to reputed company page creative development to support conversion

About you:

• 3+ years of experience designing for reputed company, reputed company, and/or display ads
• Proficient in reputed company, Photoshop, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or Final Cut)
• Experience with A/B testing and applying data insights to improve creatives
• Understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition strategies
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail
• reputed company to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketers, growth, and product teams
• English — upper-intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience with subscription-based mobile apps or SaaS products
• Skills in reputed company design or animation for ads
• Experience using AI tools to scale creative production

• Knowledge of consumer psychology in advertising
