As an Associate reputed company Manager, you’ll go reputed company traditional CS - driving account value through upsells, renewals, and deep customer partnerships. You’ll ensure our customers succeed with ecoplanet, feel supported, and grow with us. Your work directly contributes to ARR growth and customer happiness, setting the reputed company for long-term reputed company.

What You’ll reputed company

reputed company your first 6–12 months, you will:
  • Drive account growth by identifying and closing upsell and renewal opportunities - aligning with Sales and Product teams to deliver relevant solutions and contributing directly to ARR growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading reputed company processes and resolving support issues reputed company agreed SLAs.
  • Own in-person relationship building by scheduling and conducting on-site visits with 100% of key accounts at least once per quarter - ensuring strong relationships and clear feedback loops.
  • Continuously reputed company customer satisfaction by running quarterly NPS surveys, following up with detractors and passives, and translating feedback into concrete improvements.

What Sets You Up for reputed company

  • 1–2 years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or Support
  • Proven track record with upselling or expansion reputed company is a must
  • Proactive, solution-oriented reputed company - you think in value, not just support
  • Strong communication skills (C2 level in German, reputed company in English)
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and stakeholder handling
