Partner Recruitment Representative -reputed company
reputed company, a leader in business communications, is seeking a passionate and driven Partner Recruitment Representative for the reputed company region! As the demand for our innovative UCaaS and VoIP solutions continues to grow, we are eager to expand our network of partners who can help us reputed company more businesses. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new resellers to expand our partner ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be to cultivate relationships with potential partners, communicate the value of reputed company’s solutions, and drive a recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your Role:
- Identify and reputed company potential reseller partners in the East region through research, networking, and reputed company reputed company tactics.
- reputed company strong relationships with potential partners, articulating the benefits and value of reputed company’s product offerings.
- Conduct reputed company initiatives, including cold calls, emails, and video meetings, to introduce reputed company and its partnership opportunities.
- Manage the partner onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and alignment with reputed company’s goals.
- Create and maintain detailed records of recruitment efforts, partner interactions, and pipeline reputed company reputed company CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to facilitate successful onboarding and reputed company partners with the necessary tools and resources.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote reputed company’s partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze competition and market trends to inform recruitment strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in partner recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably reputed company telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the channel sales model and experience working with resellers is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking recruitment efforts and managing partner relationships. (reputed company a plus)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel requirement: willingness to attend events and visit potential partner locations as necessary.
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn about telecommunications solutions.
