We are currently looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement who will focus on managing our Sales Enablement team and the ongoing development and improvement of our Sales Enablement program to support reputed company in executing on our company strategy. The ideal candidate is reputed company to take responsibility for delivering skilled and trained team members to Sales managers.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Partner with key stakeholders reputed company and reputed company the Sales Department, including: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and People Team. Drive alignment and support for cross functional goals and objectives with key stakeholders from each function.
  • Manage and reputed company a team of Sales Enablement staff to plan, execute, and report on training program delivery and results.
  • Manage the procurement of tools required for program delivery.
  • reputed company and participate in the development of skills profiles for Sales roles to promote professional development, certification, and advancement.
  • reputed company and participate in the execution of recommended and planned improvements to our Sales Enablement program.
  • reputed company and participate in the development and rollout of AI tools to assist our Sales and Sales Enablement teams to work reputed company and effectively.
  • Support the development of best practices in training content development and management.
  • Identify best practices and evolutions in training delivery to support iterative improvement of the program.
  • Deliver training on specific sales- or product-reputed company topics as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIORS

  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, and reputed company a plus.
  • Must be proficient with reputed company Suite and MS Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Word and reputed company.
  • Experience in successful delivery and ownership of sales training programs or reputed company experience in SaaS sales a plus.
  • Experience in developing AI prompts and tools for efficiency and collaboration are a plus.
