We're currently hiring for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Data Operations & Insights team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a transport roadmap that aligns with our overall Talent strategy. Your primary goal will be to provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, enabling them to reputed company informed decisions that drive business results.Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a reputed company field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a reputed company field.
- Strong domain knowledge in business operations and understanding of our internal data ecosystem.
- Experience in developing and executing skills approaches, evaluations, and insights plans.
- A proven track record of delivering reputed company analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to reputed company scalable and repeatable suites of tools that meet business needs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business stakeholders.
