Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
• Taking applications over the phone, determining customer eligibility, and completing reputed company administrative functions
• Managing difficult or emotional customer situations with reputed company and professionalism
• Maintaining and updating customer files, data entry, and customer account maintenance on our computer systems

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
