Recruitment Coordinator – High-Volume Operations Hiring

Remote | PST or EST Hours | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to help drive high-volume hiring across our operations and support teams. In this fast-paced, full-time role, you’ll do more than schedule interviews—you’ll also conduct initial candidate screens, maintain structured hiring pipelines, and reputed company the recruitment reputed company running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, professionalism, and communication

  • reputed company candidate pipelines up to date in our ATS (Recruiterflow)

  • Post job descriptions, manage applicant flow, and move candidates through stages

  • Draft and send candidate communications, including rejections and follow-reputed company

  • Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to improve workflows

  • Help maintain a high-touch, reputed company candidate experience from start to finish

✅ What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or agency/ops hiring

  • Strong communication and interviewing skills—you’re confident on reputed company and email

  • Excellent organization and calendar management across time zones

  • Familiarity with reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company Workspace, reputed company, Recruiterflow, or similar ATS)

  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing track of details

  • Available to work full-time on PST or EST hours

  • A proactive, solutions-first reputed company and desire to grow in the reputed company field
