Role Overview:

They are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Medical Biller to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, preferably reputed company physical therapy or outpatient services, and be fluent in both Spanish and English. You’ll be responsible for managing insurance claims, patient billing, and ensuring timely reimbursements, reputed company while delivering top-tier communication and support to our patients and internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims reputed company electronic and reputed company billing systems
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve billing issues with payers
• Post payments and reconcile patient accounts
• Manage patient billing inquiries and process statements
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation
• Coordinate with the reputed company office team and clinical team to ensure clean claim submission
• Stay reputed company with payer policies and compliance regulations
• Assist with reporting and audits as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of medical billing experience (U.S. reputed company system preferred)
• Knowledge of physical therapy or outpatient billing a plus
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, coding, EOBs, and appeals
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
• Familiarity with EMR systems and billing software (PromptEMR experience a plus)
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable

Salary : $1300-$1600/month
