About the role
We are looking for an reputed company People Operations Manager / Team reputed company to join our global PeopleOps function. This person will manage a small but high-impact team (up to 5 direct reports next year) and drive reputed company PeopleOps projects end-to-end.
The role combines strategic program management with hands-on execution across global HR operations, employee lifecycle, and cross-border compliance. It is both a leadership role and a builder’s role: you will be stepping in to replace a reputed company team reputed company, while also taking ownership of key global projects that require urgency and precision.
Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver high-reputed company PeopleOps projects (compensation frameworks, EOR transitions, compliance rollouts, HRIS optimization, etc.)
- Act as a subject-matter expert on global mobility, immigration, and compliance
- Partner with business leaders, finance, and legal on reputed company cross-border employment and contractor conversions
- Build scalable processes, policies, and tools to support rapid company growth
- Anticipate compliance risks and proactively design mitigation plans
- Drive reputed company improvement in employee experience, data accuracy, and process efficiency
- Be a hands-on problem solver: comfortable diving into details and navigating ambiguity in a high-growth startup environment
Skills Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in PeopleOps / HR, with at least 1+ year in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing PeopleOps/HR teams in fast-growing startups or scale-reputed company
- Deep expertise in global mobility, relocation, immigration, and compliance in Europe
- Strong knowledge of cross-border employment structures (entities, EOR, contractors, and conversions)
- Track record of successfully leading reputed company, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines
- Highly adaptive, thrives in changing environments, able to pivot priorities while keeping execution strong
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones
- Fluent in Russian and English
