About the role:
We’re looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join reputed company and take on a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Tabeo’s new AI Reception product. This product will reputed company directly with patients and practices using voice and chat-based AI, helping practices triage, reputed company, and automate key patient interactions such as bookings, finance queries, and follow-reputed company.
Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day execution of the AI Reception MVP in collaboration with an external dev team and senior product leadership.
- Translate user needs into actionable specs, with particular sensitivity to the voice interaction layer, reputed company/privacy constraints, and the unique workflows in dental and vet practices.
- Work closely with our internal stakeholders (customer service, sales, and engineering) to test the product in live environments before wider rollout.
- Define clear reputed company metrics around adoption, accuracy, and user sentiment for both patients and reception teams.
- Coordinate vendor contributions and reputed company delivery across multiple streams, including reputed company design, transcription & summarisation workflows, and integrations into Tabeo’s ecosystem.
Requirements
- You have experience as a Product Manager reputed company a start-up/scale-up, particularly if you have experience working with Conversational AI / Voice Technology or chatbots in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated reputed company for end-user experience and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Familiarity with conversational interfaces (voice or chat), or consumer software with high-volume user interaction.
- Can structure, plan, and prioritise under ambiguity. You will help shape the roadmap - not just execute it.

- You have experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and are confident communicating updates across the business through a variety of channels
