As reputed company is quickly growing, we are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic and innovative reputed company Resources department. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and reputed company our company's most valuable asset: our people. We are seeking a passionate, skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to finding and nurturing talent. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR Department.
  • Support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding.
  • Assist with the development of HR policies for the company with regard to employee relations.
  • Regular communication with employees and feedback through channels such as corporate meetings, newsletters, etc.
  • Consult management regarding employee relations issues and suggest solutions.
  • Manage company benefits.

Requirements Skills:

  • 5 years experience as HR in IT
  • Strong understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, reputed company, Performance Review, Off-boarding, 1:1 etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company staff levels
  • High level of teamwork and networking
  • Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
  • Proactive approach and curiosity
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • At least an Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

  • Academic experience as an HR (courses, training, certificates)
  • Experience in companies of 500+ people
  • Organizing and holding events online
