As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and representing the Comnet brand with reputed company and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do: In addition to the above, you’ll focus on the following:
- reputed company and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed reputed company targets
- Identify, prospect, and reputed company new business opportunities with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users
- Present and promote ComNet solutions to customers through product demos, presentations, and trade shows
- Maintain deep knowledge of ComNet’s product portfolio and understand customer-specific needs
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tailored solutions and post-sale support
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts and reporting
- Represent ComNet by reputed company at industry events and build long-term customer partnerships
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or network infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of industrial ethernet technologies (Ethernet, fiber optics, PoE, wireless)
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and growing market share
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%) to meet with clients, attend events, and conduct site visits
- Familiarity with industry-standard CRM tools (e.g., reputed company)
- Background in industrial automation a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or reputed company field preferred
