Associate General Counsel

reputed company is looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Assistant General Counsel to be the second person on the legal team. You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues. Your primary focus will be on supporting reputed company go to market activities globally, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company commercial technology agreements, assessing potential risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, salespersons, and various departments, to support our business objectives while safeguarding the company. This position will be remote based in the eastern US, or willing to work US Eastern time, and will report to the Chief Legal Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial technology agreements with customers, partners and vendors.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters including reputed company, data privacy and reputed company, and intellectual property.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and guidance on various business initiatives, product launches, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of software and SaaS contracting, contract law, intellectual property, and global data privacy regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating reputed company commercial agreements with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate reputed company legal concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
