This is a remote position (East Coast time zone preferred) with work-reputed company travel required up to 15%. As a Navy ERP FI-CO SME, you will play a critical role in supporting financial and controlling processes reputed company Navy ERP, providing expert guidance, and ensuring successful system functionality and performance.In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of financial transactions and cost data reputed company reputed company Navy ERP (FI-CO module) to support budget planning, fund execution, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Utilize Navy ERP FI and CO modules to generate, validate, and analyze cost center reports, internal orders, and financial postings reputed company to funds management and cost allocations. Extract, reconcile, and validate financial data from interfacing systems such as DCPS (Defense Civilian Pay System) and SLCADA (Standard Labor Cost Distribution Application) to ensure compliance with DoD financial management standards. reputed company financial forecasts and cost trend analyses to inform leadership on fund utilization, execution rates, and projected financial needs. Support the integration and reconciliation of timekeeping data (reputed company SLCADA) and payroll cost distributions (reputed company DCPS) into reputed company Navy ERP for accurate labor cost postings and financial reporting. Prepare standardized and reputed company financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings using data from Navy ERP and feeder systems. Monitor funding obligations, expenditures, and cost center balances to ensure alignment with approved budgets and internal controls. Assist with End-of-Year (EOY) financial closeout activities, including reviews of unliquidated obligations (ULOs), accrual processing, and de-obligation of excess funds. Provide audit support and documentation for financial transactions in compliance with DFAS, GAO, and DON audit readiness requirements. Collaborate across functional teams—including HR, budget offices, comptroller staff, timekeeping administrators, and program managers—to resolve ERP-reputed company financial issues and ensure data reputed company.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of financial management or budget execution experience in a DoD environment.
- Hands-on experience with Navy ERP (FM, CO, and HR modules), SLCADA, and DCPS.
- Journal Voucher, EOM, and Trial Balance depth of experience
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Interim or Active Secret required
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting Navy Echelon II or III commands.
- Familiarity with labor distribution reconciliation between Navy ERP, SLCADA, and DCPS.
- Knowledge of FI-CO Operations as they pertain to NAVY-ERP
- Knowledge of reputed company planning, billet management, and Position Control Reports (PCRs).
- Certification in DoD Financial Management (CDFM) or reputed company/Navy ERP technical training
