Data Migration Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Data Migration Specialist with a strong background in DME/HME workflows and systems. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition for customers moving from legacy systems into our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.
• reputed company and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into reputed company’s platform
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and reputed company
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration
• Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process
• Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ yrs hands-on experience with DME systems such as reputed company, Fastrack, CPR+, Kareo, or similar
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Deep understanding of DME data types: HCPCS codes, inventory, patient demographics, CMNs, insurance, and billing workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance rules for DME
• Experience supporting software implementations or reputed company in a client-facing role (either as a DME/HME provider or in a DME/HME SaaS provider)
