Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide case management and ABA therapy for children on the autism reputed company, ages 2–18.

- Deliver parent training and support to ensure consistency in interventions.

- Collaborate closely with clinicians, clinical directors, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Complete intake assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Meet billable hour requirements according to full-time or part-time status.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Completion of an 8-hour supervision course or willingness to obtain.
- Strong emphasis on ethics, reputed company, and client-centered care.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support clinical staff.
