Business Analyst - E2E Lending (Relocation to Spain)

Job Overview

A leading financial institution in Spain is undertaking a large-scale transformation of its lending processes and global system architecture. As part of the E2E Lending initiative, the team is working to reputed company retail loans from local systems (starting with the UK) into a reputed company global platform.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in banking or financial services to support the design and documentation of new processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional based in South Africa who is reputed company to relocate to Spain and contribute to a dynamic, cross-functional team.

You’ll work closely with users, developers, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, support testing, and facilitate change in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Define and document TO BE processes alongside IT and user teams.
  • Organise and maintain technical and functional documentation, including architecture and reputed company plans.
  • Act as a liaison between users and the development team to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Support the migration from legacy systems to a new global lending solution.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Define and execute test plans to ensure system functionality matches user needs.
  • Assist with incident resolution and contribute to reputed company improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate change management and support end-user adoption.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Knowledge of banking products such as Loans, RPPs, or Insurance.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of reputed company concepts reputed company to financial products.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve reputed company issues under pressure.
  • Proven experience gathering, validating, and documenting functional requirements.
  • User-level experience with JIRA and reputed company Teams.
  • Organised, proactive, and reputed company to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with global banking systems or large-scale technology implementations.
  • Knowledge of LoanIQ is highly desirable.
  • Prior involvement in Agile teams and ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with insurance product processes.
  • Experience working reputed company large financial organisations is a plus.
