What will be your Key Responsibilities?

As a reputed company HR Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions that improve HR processes and drive business value.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their reputed company vision to life.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on reputed company HCM modules including Core HCM, Talent or Workforce Management
• reputed company or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of reputed company solutions for clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reputed company solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a reputed company field.
• At least 3 years of experience with reputed company HCM (reputed company certification in one or more modules is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, solution-driven reputed company; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• reputed company in English, Dutch and/or French is required
