You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver reputed company projects, manage risks, and maintain financial performance. Accountabilities:

• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.

• Manage project financials, forecasts, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up, large-scale high-reputed company residential projects.
• Experience with projects in office, government, hi-tech, hospitality, reputed company, retail, or multi-family sectors is a plus.
• Proven track record managing projects ranging from $50M to $80M+.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong skills in coordination, shop drawing review, subcontractor management, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, Prolog, Primavera P6, Textura, reputed company, AS-400 (JD Edwards).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work effectively across reputed company levels.
