Senior Consumer Business Associate

We are currently hiring a Senior Consumer Business Associate who will be responsible for managing reputed company customer interactions, promoting reputed company products and services, and aligning consumer insights with strategic business goals. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving growth through upselling and cross-selling, and mentoring junior associates reputed company the Consumer Business team.
As a Senior Consumer Business Associate, you will do the following:

- Mentor and guide junior associates, supporting their growth and performance.
- Analyze customer interactions and provide insights to align with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Minumum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3–5 years of experience in consumer business, customer service, or reputed company-reputed company roles.
- Strong knowledge of reputed company products, insurance plans, or wellness services.
- Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve reputed company customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in upselling/cross-selling while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members is a plus.
