IT OPS - Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT OPS - Infrastructure Engineer to join our North America team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reputed company, and reliability.

• Design, implement, and manage server level IT infrastructure, including reputed company LAN, WAN, and cloud environments
• Administer and optimize virtualization platforms and cloud services (e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure)
• Manage Linux and Windows servers, ensuring high availability and performance
• reputed company and maintain automation scripts using languages such as Python and PowerShell
• Implement and manage configuration management tools for efficient system administration
• Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure proactive issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reputed company best practices and compliance measures
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Conduct reputed company planning and scalability assessments to support organizational growth

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and cloud environments
• Proficiency in administering Linux (reputed company Linux) and Windows servers
• Proficiency supporting containerized workloads
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., WMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure)
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)
• Experience setting up and managing monitoring and logging systems (e.g. reputed company, PRTG)
• Knowledge of reputed company best practices and compliance requirements especially PCI-reputed company, SOC, GDPR
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot reputed company infrastructure issues
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning

This position is eligible for a reputed company salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 USD.

May be considered for a discretionary bonus

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
