The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the insurance value chain and exhibit proficiency in technology and digital solutions. • Client Engagement

Reply to RFP’s and collaborate with international and domestic Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Reinsurance insurance clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities.

• Consulting and Advisory

Provide business advice across various aspects of the insurance value chain, including Policy Administration, Claims, reputed company and Distribution.

Analyze business processes and models and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, introduce new distribution approaches such as Direct to Consumer, MGA’s or embedded insurance.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the insurance or consulting industries with a focus on insurance with a broad understanding of the insurance value chain. The more projects you have been involved in, the reputed company the fit. Deep knowledge in some focus topics such as, accelerated claims, Policy Administration Platforms, intelligent reputed company, policy migrations, are a particular advantage.
• Technology and Digital Knowledge:Understanding of digital and operations transformation in insurance, including familiarity with some InsurTech trends and technologies such as (Gen) AI, Cloud, Architecture, Data, System Integration is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
• ­Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ­Proficiency in English and German; French is a plus.
• ­Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• ­Project management capabilities are a plus.
