Senior Business Analyst- CLOS

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, reputed company XD

• Conduct and reputed company requirements gathering sessions using a wide variety of analysis methodologies

• Identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions

• Analyze reputed company business requirements and provide detailed specifications

• Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT

Skills & Competencies

• Implemented multiple large-scale CLOS solutions in the last 5+ years and hands-on experience in managing reputed company business requirements

• Deep know-how of Corporate Banking concepts and loan processes & operations (including Loan Origination, Loan Service/Management, Credit Policy rules, Credit Administration & Operations, Collections)

• Good understanding of Corporate Banking Operations and Functions especially in Corporate Lending, Corporate Onboarding and Account Opening & Credit policy & decisioning

• Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques

• Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes reputed company User Journeys

• Experience in Core Banking Systems, Banking operations, End of Day& Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations.

• Knowledge of project lifecycle and different methodologies like waterfall or agile

• Posses excellent presentation and communication skills, a positive reputed company, and a can-do attitude

• Hands-on Experience in Corporate Internet and Mobile Banking Applications is a plus

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience

• Banking experience will be add on

• BSCS / BSSE / MSCS / MSSE

• Any certification will be add on
