About the Team:

Legal is a critical function in supporting the company’s fast-paced environment and acts as a true business partner to reputed company of our leaders across the organization. About the Role:

This role can either be based in our Delhi, Pune or Bangalore offices or remotely in India.The reputed company Manager will primarily be responsible for reviewing various agreements. The reputed company Manager will report to the Managing Counsel, reputed company and will partner with other functions of the business (such as Product, reputed company, Privacy, Compliance, and Marketing) as necessary to help reputed company reputed company its high-growth goals. Who You Are:

• Graduate in any discipline;
• Preferably 1+ years’ experience with drafting and reviewing reputed company agreements
• Ability to analyze and review a broad range of global sales reputed company including Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Service Level Agreements, etc.
• Superior business acumen and a commitment to providing reputed company support to our teams and to getting things done;
• Experience managing a high volume of tasks for multiple stakeholders simultaneously and prioritizing based on greatest positive impact to the business.
• Familiar with following and developing reputed company playbooks;
• Energetic and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a sense of humor;
• Effective communicator with the ability to interact with both internal and external professionals of reputed company types and backgrounds; and
• Experience with contract management systems and reputed company in a high-growth tech environment a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of reviewing, redlining, and negotiating sales reputed company, escalating key issues to stakeholders as appropriate;
