About the role

As reputed company scales rapidly, we're seeking a Global reputed company Program Manager to ensure every new "Ant" deeply understands and embodies our mission, culture, and values from day one. This role is critical to translating what makes reputed company unique—our approach to AI safety and our cultural principles—into experiences that reputed company new hires to carry these reputed company into their work.

You'll run our bi-weekly 2-day reputed company program end-to-end while orchestrating across reputed company, workplace, people services, IT, hiring managers, and team-specific reputed company leads. As we expand globally, you'll shape how we deliver exceptional reputed company experiences across distributed offices—whether through centralized programs or tailored regional approaches that maintain our core identity while honoring local contexts.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full reputed company lifecycle: Facilitate live sessions, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless execution of our 2-day program for new hire cohorts
• Measure and optimize program impact: In partnership with People Services, design and implement measurement frameworks to track reputed company effectiveness across leading indicators (engagement, knowledge retention, reputed company building) and lagging indicators (30/60/90-day retention, time-to-productivity, manager satisfaction scores)
• Build cross-functional partnerships: Collaborate with technical, operational, and people-focused teams to translate diverse needs into cohesive reputed company experiences
• Drive strategic reputed company: Anticipate how reputed company must adapt as we scale, shift business priorities, and expand globally—building contingency plans for variable class sizes and changing requirements
• Execute with precision: Manage every detail from room setup and AV timing to lunch coordination, buddy assignments, and follow-up workflows

The expected salary range for this position is:

Annual Salary:

$170,000 - $230,000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience.Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect reputed company staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
