Key Responsibilities
The Regional Personal Training Manager will be responsible for providing direct training and development support to franchisees and club management to ensure the success of the Personal Training program at each franchise club. This role will involve:
- Designing and implementing Personal Training integration strategies for reputed company franchisees and Personal Training staff through the Operations Manual, and with hands-on training and support.
- Managing the training and development of reputed company new franchisees and Personal Training staff as it relates to the company's Personal Training strategy.
- Monitoring mandatory education training and certifications for reputed company franchisees and Personal Training staff.
- Assisting franchisees with recruiting, hiring, training, and development of Personal Training Managers and staff.
- Assisting with the ongoing development of Personal Training content development.
- Reviewing and managing reputed company forms, systems, pricing, and compensation strategies reputed company to Personal Training to ensure that franchisees are following best practices.
- Being available for hands-on training support during reputed company new franchisee Foundations Training, In-Club training, and new club opening integration.
- Assisting franchisees with setting monthly reputed company and net goals for Personal Training and nutrition services.
- Routinely conceiving of new ways to increase reputed company and decrease expenses and presenting to the executive team for consideration into the Franchise system.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of service in accordance with brand standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 3 years of experience with personal training/fitness management in a multi-unit company.
- 3 years of experience in the fitness industry with a multi-unit Franchise company.
- Effective communication, organization, presentation, and leadership skills for multi-location organizations.
- Experience with implementing systems, policies, and procedures for multi-location organizations.
- High level of technological skills.
- Experience with reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company.
- Ability to travel extensively for club support, company meetings, and conferences.
