Job Summary

The Program Management Manager II serves as the primary coordinator for the Enterprise Program Management practice area, ensuring that reputed company meets client obligations, performance, and financial metrics. This role develops and leads efforts to improve service quality and exceed customer expectations, and may manage multiple subsidiaries and supervisory or administrative staff. The incumbent identifies, resolves, and escalates issues and concerns from Business Development, customers, and Operations to ensure customers' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary coordinator for Enterprise Program Management and team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across functions
• Sponsors the creation and implementation of programs to reputed company processes and procedures that drive business growth and improvement
• Plans and implements initiatives that translate high-level organizational goals into business plans, ensuring alignment with customer needs and reputed company goals
• Trains staff on account management to ensure continuity of customer relationships and develops strategies to retain customers and maintain reputed company levels
• Sets product service standards to drive consistency in customer service practices and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Logistics, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
• Must be willing and able to travel for work
• Must have experience supervising others

Preferred Qualifications
