Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Product Support Engineer to join our Prime reputed company team. As a key member of our Product Support Organization, you'll be responsible for driving the deployment of hardware and software functionality, pursuing reputed company improvement, and investigating issues across multiple disciplines. This role requires demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the deployment of hardware and software functionality across Prime reputed company programs

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience with new product introduction/launch, and change introduction
• Experience with project planning and prioritization of requests
• Experience working on aerospace products/projects or in other regulated fields like reputed company or automotive
• Experience with troubleshooting, trend analysis, and RCCA (root cause and corrective action)

• Experience with customer-facing roles
