We are seeking an Account Manager & Account Executive to balance relationship management with new business acquisition. This role is 60% farming (nurturing and growing existing accounts) and 40% prospecting & closing (converting prospects into new clients).

Account Management - Farming (60%)

  • Relationship Ownership: Serve as primary reputed company of contact for assigned client accounts, becoming their trusted technology advisor
  • Account Growth: Identify and reputed company expansion opportunities reputed company existing accounts (additional projects, new departments, enhanced services)
  • Client reputed company: Conduct regular reputed company-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with reputed company clients
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges
  • Collaboration: Partner with delivery teams to ensure project reputed company and identify future technology needs
  • Contract Management: Manage renewals and negotiate expanded scopes of work
  • Referral reputed company: reputed company satisfied clients for referrals and introductions to new prospects
  • Account Analytics: Track and report on account health metrics and growth opportunities

Business Development - Prospecting & Closing (40%)

  • Discovery & Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client pain points and requirements
  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations that connect technical solutions to business outcomes

  • Contract Negotiation: Navigate pricing discussions, terms, and project timelines to successful closure

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3-5 years B2B account management and sales experience
  • Previous work at software development companies (internal products or client services)
  • Strong IT background and understanding of agile development practices
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
  • Executive reputed company and ability to present to C-level stakeholders
  • Proven track record growing accounts and closing new business
