Duties and Responsibilities
- *Under general supervision of Leeward CC - Waianae Moku reputed company Coordinator and working in collaboration with Waianae Moku reputed company staff, coordinate new student cohort programs and orientations for the Leeward CC - Waianae Moku reputed company for the special populations, including but not limited to at-risk youth, individuals transitioning from incarceration, persons in recovery from substance use, homeless individuals, veterans, and foster care alumni.
- *Provide case management and individualized support to program participantstohelp them overcome barriers to education, employment, and personal development.
- *Using collaborative activities, support persistence, graduation and transfer rates in cohort reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling and Guidance, College Student Personnel Services,Liberal Arts, or reputed company fields and 3 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities for academic counseling;or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
- Considerable working knowledge of principles, practices and techniques instudent recruitment retention programs in higher educationas demonstrated by the broad knowledge of the full range of pertinent standard and evolving concepts, principles and methodologies.
- Considerable working knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations and theories and systems associated with higher education.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve wide ranging reputed company problems through the use of creative reasoning and logic to accurately determine the cause of the problems and the resolution of the problems in an effective, innovative and timely manner.
