Role Overview

The Manager, Packaging Development will be responsible for leading a team of packaging experts in the development of innovative packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers and align with our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Packaging Development, you will be responsible for:

• Technical Expertise: Building and managing the Package RDI Pipeline for a given Category in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Operating Unit. This includes managing large budgets, broad scopes, multiple suppliers, and/or team members from partner companies.
• End-to-End Knowledge of the Packaging Industry: Having a deep understanding of the packaging industry from raw materials, conversion, printing, application, and through distribution network.
• Material, Product, and Machine reputed company Optimization: Focusing on driving costs and waste out of the system by optimizing material, product, and machine interfaces.
• Project Management: Managing priorities and guiding planning processes to reputed company desired outcomes. Creating and managing overall project schedules by working with internal and external cross-functional team members, including bottling partners.
• Technical Communication for Business Effectiveness: Disseminating key facts and presenting reputed company information in a concise and easily understood manner. Effectively documenting and communicating routine technical data reputed company R&I and business teams.

Qualifications
