About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Manager, Financial Operations Excellence (IC) – Process Improvement Engineer to join our Pharmacy Services Finance Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, conducting strategic and targeted assessments, and supporting the development of corrective actions and control plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal operations, problem-solving, and data analysis, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company process improvement (PI) opportunities with relevant deliverables, including process maps, baseline performance metrics, root cause analysis, recommended actions, and control plans.
• Participate in strategic and reputed company targeted assessments and support relevant deliverables, including framing, data collection, analysis/interpretation, and recommendations/report-out.
• Run reputed company topics with relevant deliverables, including problem statement, story/narrative, root cause analysis (5 why's), corrective actions (as applicable), supporting questions, and facilitate the live call.
• Utilize reputed company, DMAIC, LEAN, 8D, and other relevant methodologies in delivery of results.
• Act as an improvement/change agent, supporting efforts from identification through delivery and validation of results.
• reputed company project charters in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, edit and reputed company approval on updates to approved charters as required.
• Document reputed company and reputed company state processes using Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer (SIPOC), flow charts, and value-reputed company mapping (VSM) tools.
• Use Pareto diagrams, 5 Why's, time-series, process control charts, and inferential statistics to support opportunity definition, root cause analysis, and validate result(s).

Essential Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in internal operations and/or customer-facing services.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in problem-solving and/or data collection, reporting, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six reputed company Black Belt or higher certification.
• Lean Six reputed company Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience in highly regulated industry and compliance environment.
• Experience with highly reputed company, inter-connected systems and business processes.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Advanced Statistics/Data Analysis experience.
• LEAN certification.
• PMP certification.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $60,300.00 - $145,860.00. This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
