About the Role

As an reputed company LPN on our Acute 24 Hours Care, Detox, 32 Hours Night Shift team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care to individuals in need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the physical and psychosocial status of patients in reputed company settings by obtaining appropriate patient histories, administering physician/primary care provider orders, nursing assessment, medication administration reconciliation, taking and monitoring vitals of clients on the unit, medication administration, and documentation.
• Rendering and supervising care of clients on the unit, monitoring medication, and consulting with prescribers.
• Providing appropriate health care and coordinating referrals as prescribed by providers.
• Participating in the evaluation of client's condition and reputed company with team members.
• Promoting education and adherence to prescribed treatment protocols.
• Facilitating wellness and medically reputed company psychoeducational groups to individuals.
• Recording reputed company client information reputed company electronic medical record system daily.
• Assisting RNs on a daily basis.
• Offering nursing consult on emergency service evaluations.
• Working with clients to coordinate care with their PCP, psychiatrist, and other professionals, including but not limited to medication refills and follow-up medical appointments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Grade N04: Acute Care LPN
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with reputed company license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous clinical experience working with substance abuse and mental health.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and ability to contribute to team objectives.

• reputed company valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered, inspected, and insured automobile for work-reputed company purposes, including transporting clients in your own vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a detox or acute care setting.

• Knowledge of medical, substance abuse, and mental health nursing.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
