About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 3500 Unit team at reputed company. As a Registered Nurse on reputed company, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, providing high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care, promoting patient safety and quality, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to reputed company reputed company patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as reputed company with the mission and values of the organization.
• Demonstrates personal accountability for own professional practice and professional growth.
• Documents patient assessment, reassessment, reputed company toward goal achievement, and reputed company other required documentation accurately and timely.
• Promotes patient safety and quality, including adherence to the National Patient Safety Goals.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with members of the health care team, escalating situations appropriately.
• Establishes effective caring relationships with staff, patients, families, and other members of the health care team.
• Administers medication and parenteral therapy in accordance with policy and procedure, including blood administration.
• Establishes priorities for patient care delivery and uses critical thinking skills to coordinate and complete patient care responsibilities independently or by appropriately delegating.
• Provides patient/family education and assists in discharge planning, utilizing resources and considering patient/family readiness, barriers, and alternatives.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide nursing care based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age-reputed company criteria pertinent to the patients served in his/her assigned area.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Registered Nurse License-NYS.
• BLS Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year Nursing experience preferred.
• Rehab experience preferred.
• BLS required.
• NIHSS and 8hr Stroke education required reputed company 3 months.
• ACLS required reputed company 6 months.
