Key Responsibilities

• Sell and Maintain Distribution: Ensure 100% distribution of authorized Hershey's items in your assigned territory, and maintain flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid US state-issued driver's license.
• Reliable Vehicle: Have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Auto Insurance: Maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, and permit business use.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Be reputed company to drive long distances, lift 10-40 lbs., bend, kneel, stoop down, and demonstrate reputed company dexterity.
• Tablet Technology: Be reputed company to use tablet technology and have daily access to wireless internet.
• Availability: Be available to work 20-25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that overlaps core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
• Education: Hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
