Job Summary

As a Recruitment and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment marketing initiatives that drive talent attraction, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with key stakeholders to design, execute, and optimize recruitment campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, pay-per-click (PPC) platforms, and career boards. Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A High School Diploma
• At least two years of marketing experience
