Job Summary

In this role, you will be liable for the execution of medical services methodologies and driving patient wellbeing results. You will execute patient reputed company pharmacy programs, ensure compliance with clinical pharmacy services, and drive pharmacy financial performance by implementing pharmacy projects to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
• Drive the execution of various policies and procedures to ensure business needs are being met.
• Drive compliance and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by examining, evaluating, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a reputed company Pharmacist license as conceded by the appropriate state licensing authority. You should also have experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues, working with confidential information, and using time utilization skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines.
